Top 5 blogging communities carnival

Blog communities are a great way to have some kind of interaction with fellow bloggers. When we visit any of the blogging communities, you can join the existing communities or can create a new community of your interest. When you join a community, you have the choice to add your blog there and can also participate in the discussion going on there. Most of the blog communities provide you a widget, which is some java script code you can add on your blog. Blog communities will give more exposure to your blog and you will be able to discover many of interesting blogs, which you are missing right now.

So fellow bloggers lets go and join me on my favorite blog communities:

  1. Mybloglog community -

Mybloglog is a great community for the bloggers to join and interacting with other bloggers. Mybloglog was taken over by Yahoo in January 2007. Mybloglog provides a web widget that you can add on your blog to keep track of recent mybloglog visitors on your blog. You can join and create as many communities you wish. You can search any of your favorite community by making a search for a particular tag or can just browse the complete alphabetical list available. So why not create an account on mybloglog and join me at alethekid

  2. BUMPzee community -

BUMPzee is another community for the bloggers to join. Bumpzee is quite different from mybloglog the way it handles the blogs. It is much more dynamic than mybloglog and shows the community member’s blogs link in the community. You can send the community-joining request to the community owner and it is up to him whether to approve your blog or reject it. You can also create your own community and ask other members to join your community. Again you have the option to participate in your joined communities and can also start a new discussion in your created community. Join me on Bumpzee at alethekid

  3. Blog Catalog community -

Blog catalog is much more like mybloglog where you can join the existing communities by browsing the categories available. Here “Join this community” is named as “Join this neighborhood”. You can rate any of your favorite blog here and can also write a review for that. Here as well, there is a discuss section, where you can take part in the existing discussion or can start a new discussion for other community members to follow.

  4. Spicypage community -

Spicypage is another community for the bloggers to get more traffic and exposure to their blog. To get the things right, you have to add your blog in the related and let other community members to vote for it.

  5. Blog Carnival community -

Blog Carnival is a blog community-publishing magazine. It is published on regular basis weekly or monthly. Each edition of a blog carnival is in the form of a blog article that contains links to other blog articles on the particular topic.
